Colikare is a gentle herbal remedy for the relief of equine colic symptoms. Our mixture of Fennel, Peppermint and Marjoram helps to absorb intestinal gas and soothe internal discomfort. These same herbs have also been traditionally used for wind-sucking, crib-biting, grassy stomach and during times of stress. Colikare is highly palatable and provides fast relief. Dispensed as a one month supply in a twin-top, easy-measure bottle. Spring lush grass or bed eating are a few causes for creating an uncomfortable bloated stomach. Colikare works fast to disperse gas and relax stomach muscles. Colikare can be fed regularly or only when needed. A handy product to have on any yard just as we keep our "Rennies at hand.

Herbs in this product:

Fennel
Traditionally used for spasmodic gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence and colic. Both the seeds and the root are appetite stimulants and help soothe the digestion.
Peppermint
Peppermint oil is an excellent digestive aid. Peppermint oil eliminates gas, bloating and abdominal cramps, improves circulation and the production of digestive fluids.
Marjoram
Marjoram oil can be used for the stimulation of appetite, to promote digestion, strengthening of the stomach, for acute and chronic gastritis, as an antispasmodic, for flatulence, for colic-like nervous gastrointestinal disorders and for the general support of intestinal activity.

I have a 14.4hh cob x shire mare who has consistently suffered from low grade colic. We have had the vets involved, even having her scoped to look into the stomach for abnormalities to no avail. Using colicare has certainly helped Bess. , I have arrived on the yard to fetch her in and found her suffering from bloated stomach, wind and even refluxes.  I have given her a good dose of colicare and it has relieved all the symptoms more or less totally.  I have even given it to my other mare. I would recommend colicare to anyone with similar problems with their horse.

“We were at our wit’s end with a pony on our yard and didn’t think he would survive another bout of colic. Since being on Colikare, the pony hasn’t had colic once. We double-dose at times of stress but it’s still cheap compared to vet’s bills! I also use Colikare on my own brood mare and wouldn’t use anything else.” Shona Still, Loanhead Equestrian Centre.

Faroh had regular bouts of colic until 2005 when I started using Colicare. Now I havent had the vet out once.
