1. Delivery
We aim to deliver in 3–7 clear working days. If any part of your order will take longer, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the item if you wish.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery to UK postcodes for one product up to 100ml is £1.50, 100ml up to 3 litres £4.50, above 3 litres £9.50. For all orders over £100 delivery to UK postcodes is free.
3. Prices
All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, exclusive of delivery. We welcome enquiries from stockists.
4. Payment Options
You can pay online with a credit or debit card. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Or you can post a cheque made payable to Pro-Equine Ltd to: Ashbrook House, Maryculter, Aberdeen, AB12 5GR.

5. Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability.
6. Data protection
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
If you do not want us to pass your information to any third parties or you wish to stop receiving any information about us and our services, email your request to info@pro-equine.com
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We do not store your credit or debit card details.
